Sixth and Guadalupe, a 66-story, 875-foot residential and office tower with more than a million square feet of office, retail and residential space, sits at the heart of downtown Austin. As a first-of-its-kind, mixed-use vertical community to have residential, office and retail under one roof in Austin, Sixth and Guadalupe blends prime working and living spaces and exquisite architectural details, all with incredible views at an unparalleled location.

We partnered with the development team to create a strategic go-to-market plan, which included branding, digital and social media marketing, sales collateral development, signage, and public relations efforts.



Branding new heights.

The brand identity system for Sixth and Guadalupe is created from a custom modern typeface. With a typemark and a monogram, the logo is architectural and flexible, working across multiple sizes and applications, from the smallest digital icon to large format signage. The identity is supported by a warm and distinctive color palette that echoes the materials that one will encounter the space, as well as a subtle geometric graphic pattern that serves as a graphic accent.

A site for a remarkable site.

Sixth and Guadalupe’s fully-responsive website was developed as a digital home to share the story of possibility. Initially focused on showcasing Sixth and Guadalupe’s commercial spaces, the website features a a preview video, as well as test fit floor plans and downloadable materials to help a variety of office users envision their space. In addition, the site offers information about building amenities, Austin’s central business district, and the residences above.
