Post House Creative Excited to Call Downtown Columbus Home

Post House Creative, an agency specializing in creative problem-solving, is making the move to downtown Columbus.

Soon the agency will occupy about 6,000 square feet at 52 E. Lynn Street, a building that Post House Creative owners Timothy and Kimberly Flaherty purchased in mid-January. The total overall space of the building is 11,384 square feet.

The new headquarters means being closer to many of the agency’s core clientele, and will allow for additional space as the agency continues to grow.

“We are really excited to invest in downtown Columbus,” said Timothy M. Flaherty. “It’s the perfect opportunity for us to be closer to clients and the new space will give us a unique opportunity to express our brand philosophy and personality.”

The new location will feature a large open concept area and some multi-function space for collaborative meetings, as well as an employee lounge and cafe, creative workspace, upgraded fiber optics, and a robust central media storage system.

“It’s very fulfilling to find a space where our team of creative problem-solvers can find inspiration while collaborating with our client partners,” said Kimberly Flaherty. “Right in the heart of Columbus is such a great place to do that for us.”

In business for nearly two decades, Post House Creative started out as a video production boutique, but has grown and expanded services to include motion graphics/animation, strategy, branding, design, and social media management.

The agency has a longstanding creative partnership with and is a Proud Partner of the Columbus Blue Jackets. Post House Creative has also worked with other Capital City-based brands such as Nationwide, Jobs Ohio, Safelite, Bob Evans, Wendy’s, Scott’s Miracle-Gro, Worthington Industries, Germain Motor Company, The Ohio State University, Telhio Credit Union and more.

Post House Creative also has a satellite office in Denver, Colorado to service clientele such as luxury travel brand Inspirato, as well as various partners in the energy space.

Renovations on the new space in downtown Columbus will begin in February with a full agency move slated for the summer of 2020. LeVeck Commercial Real Estate Services will manage the property and renovations.
